1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 28, 2005, Plaintiff A entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant with the following content (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. Article 11 of the Clause of the Insurance Contract II of the instant non-accident (hereinafter “instant Clause”) provides that “The Company will pay 100% of the amount of the insurance coverage covered by the special agreement to the beneficiary (beneficiary) for a disaster death benefit in the event that the beneficiary (insured) is in a state of disability with the aggregate disability payment rate of at least 80% due to a disaster specified in the Disaster Classification Table (See attached Table 1) during the insurance coverage period set forth in the instant Special Agreement or with disability classification table (see attached Table 2).”

According to the disaster classification table of this case (attached Table 1), "disaster refers to an accident that occurs due to a contingent external factor (Provided, That where a person who has a disease or a liquid factor suffers from a minor external factor or has aggravated symptoms thereof, such minor external factor shall not be deemed an accident which has come after a contingent external factor)" and refers to an accident under the following classification table.

C. E on January 26, 2016, 09:54, 09:54, the National Sports Center’s swimming pool managed and operated by the Stop-gun Facilities Management Corporation, refers to the power during which he/she has received a swimming course.
