A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Then, while driving the above vehicle and driving it, the Defendant violated the red signal on two occasions from the two intersections to the two intersections of the inspection team, was rapidly rounded from the one intersections to the one intersections of the inspection team, and continued to violate the red signal on three occasions over three occasions until the distance from the parallel of the inspection team.
