Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B and 3 freight vehicles in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On August 16, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.146% at the 0.146% at the upper intersection in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, 19:48, while driving the said vehicle at the 0.146% under the influence of alcohol during blood, and led the Defendant to drive one lane between the two lanes of the two lanes, namely, the 2-lanes of the back-wing playground shooting distance at the sea of the D elementary school.
