The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. From around 6 to 7 years prior to the charge, the Defendant had resided with the victim C, who was the mother of the Defendant (the 76-year-old age), and had frequently been in dispute with the victim when drinking and drinking. At that time, the Defendant did not obsing and assault the victim.

As to the Defendant’s change of address, the following purport is consistent from the police to this court, namely, the Defendant returned home to around 02:00 on March 2, 2010 on the day of the instant case, and was divingd in the Defendant’s room at around 12:15 - 12:30 on the same day from the day of the instant case, when the Defendant was locked, boomed on the Defendant’s room, leaving a sweld in a sweld gas siren, and sweld down on the Defendant’s room, and sweld from the sweld to the Defendant’s room, and sweld to the Defendant’s room after getting out of the sweld gas siren, and the Defendant swelded only bld with the Defendant’s sweld, and therefore, sweld with the Defendant’s new sweld to the effect that the Defendant did not have any intention to swel.
