Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant driven B Coin car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.118% from a 500-meter section to the front road of a restaurant where it is impossible to know the trade name near a terminal located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gun, Young-gun, Young-gun, Seoul to the front road.
