Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2016, at around 06:0, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the police officer, who is a police officer belonging to the police station belonging to the Jung-gu Police Station in the Kimhae-si, who called the Defendant at the scene after receiving a report that the Defendant 112 was frighting to walk and fright at the scene, around 06:0 on October 22, 2016, the Defendant obstructed a police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of the crime; (b) obstructed a police officer’s legitimate performance of duties; (c) at the same time, the Defendant inflicted injury, such as damage to cry that requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
