A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity of the 2017 Highest 3090 Seoul Olympic Group, shall provide property or property benefits to a person who correctly predicted the result of issuing (including issuing through an information and communications network) sports promotion voting rights or others similar thereto, and no person shall gambling using the prohibition above.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, after accessing “F” on January 9, 2016, deposited KRW 220,00,00 after depositing the game money corresponding to the Defendant’s account into the Defendant’s account, deposited the game money with the points on the Defendant’s account, and affixed the results of the games, such as domestic and foreign axiss and campgrounds, and affixed the results of the games, he was transferred dividends according to the set dividend rate, and was fluored.
