Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

[Dissenting] G is the representative of H established for the purpose of solving the problem of the Ministry of Justice’s accusation in the military of Japan, and the Defendants are members of the said organization or members of the said organization.

On December 28, 2015, the Government of Korea and Japan agreed to the final resolution of the problem of the above bill, such as the fact that Japan contributed 1 billion UN to the restoration of honor of the above bill and the performance of the project for recovery of the above bill, instead of the Japanese General Council on December 28, 2015.

Accordingly, 30 persons, including G and the Defendants, argued that the above agreement on the part of the above 30 persons, including the above 17th floor, should be discarded as “humping negotiation in order to complete the above-mentioned problem in money,” and decided to enter the building A Dong in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (the total 17th floor at the 8th to 11st floor and the 17th floor at the rest of the office) of Jongno-gu Office where I and J moved in.

[Fact-finding, around 11:45 on December 31, 2015, the Defendants entered the building site without permission from the building manager by hiding with 30 persons, such as G and H members, in the building A, at around 11:45, and without permission from the building manager.

Of those participating in the agricultural sector without permission, L, M, N, andO installed a declaration at the Jgate located on the eightth floor of the building, such as “the front invalidation of one-day negotiation” and “the diplomatic suspension of a desire for digging.” Other participants including the Defendants occupied the second floor of the building, including the two-story of the building, and the two-story of the building attached with the front letter, etc. were integrated with the other participants.

As such, about 30 persons, including the Defendants, are engaged in such activities as "one-day citizens of the Republic of Korea refuse to negotiate," "1 billion UN need not go to do so," with the 2nd floor corridor, etc. while occupying the second floor of the 2nd floor, such as "abundance of any negotiation," and "abundance of any one-day agreement," and "abundance of any one-time agreement," etc., for about one hour in the above building.
