Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in C Gameland located in North-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, North-gu, Daegu on November 27, 2017; (b) in C Gameland where the victim D (45 years of age) was able to speak with another customer; (c) was able to see the Defendant’s desire; (d) was defective; and (e) took the knive shape tool (one name hedge, 22cm in total; 11cm in length in knives) of the knive shape, which is a dangerous object that was in possession of the external speculative machine.

In other words, it threatens the victim by carrying the same kind of brut with large brut as the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
