1. The Defendants: (a) share 1/9 of each of the 6,347 square meters of forest E in Daegu-gun E, Daegu-gun; and (b) 52,641 square meters of forest land, respectively, to the Plaintiff.

1. Grounds for a claim: The Plaintiff’s clan entrusted the ownership of 1/3 of the share in Daegu-gun E, 6,347 square meters of forest land, and one third of the shares in F forest land 52,641 square meters to G, the Defendants of which are the Defendants.

However, on June 22, 200, G died with the Defendants as inheritors without their spouse, and on September 23, 2015, the Plaintiff clan decided to terminate the title trust by opening the general meeting of shareholders on September 23, 2015.

Accordingly, the plaintiff clans seek against the defendants who inherited the G one-third of each of the above real estate shares, for the implementation of the registration procedure for ownership transfer based on the termination of title trust.
