A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 09:00 on July 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received 112 report from the “C” restaurant located in the Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu, and requested F, a police officer belonging to the Daegu, Police Station E Zone Unit, to disclose his personal information; (b) refused to arrest a flagrant offender on suspicion of assault against D; and (c) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by assaulting F, a police officer.
