1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. B. According to the above facts of recognition of liability, the instant accident occurred due to the I’s failure to perform his duty of prior settlement.
Therefore, the defendant, who is the insurer of the defendant's vehicle, is liable to compensate the plaintiffs for the damages caused by the accident in this case.
2. Scope of liability for damages
