[Criminal record] On August 23, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for an indecent act committed by force at the Seoul Southern District Court, and the judgment was finalized on August 31, 2017.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is a person serving as a director of D Co., Ltd.

The Defendant, on July 3, 2013, expressed a model job-seeking writing on the Internet job-seeking site “E” to the victim F (one, two-year old-old-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-her brand. The Defendant selected the brand model that is broadcasted at that time, and made a false statement to the “to have an interview.” The Defendant was aware of the first victim at the coffee shop, and was willing to force the victim to commit indecent act.
