A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) taken off KRW 551,000 in cash owned by the victim using a crepan in which the victim J (V, 54 years old) who became aware of the date he/she was under the influence of alcohol from 10:25 to 206 at H in Busan, Busan, but became aware of the said date; (b)

In other words, they stolen them.

2. 3. Quasi-indecent act: (a) at the same time and place as above, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force: (b) the victim was deprived of the mind of being drunk and was locked in the bed; (c) the Defendant’s creshed sexual organ was frightened by the cresh; (d) attempted several times to put the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sexual organ; and (e) used the victim’s negative part by using the left hand hand and the inspection place; and (e) committed an indecent act against the victim by intending to punish his/her bodily part due to his/her fingers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by taking advantage of the mental and physical loss of people or the impossibility of resistance.

4. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above, was aware of the fact that the victim did not have a shouldered or had a cash on the victim’s wall, and discovered cash from the Defendant’s lock to find money.
