A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) was a person who drives a two-wheeled motor vehicle without registration 100cc or a two-laned motor vehicle on June 5, 2016, while driving the said two-laned motor vehicle on June 5, 2016 and driving the two-laned motor vehicle on the 46 Changcheon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul at a speed from the intersection distance to the new road along the same intersection.

At night, since it was a road at night, in such cases, the driver of a flat motor vehicle has a duty of care to accurately operate the steering wheel, brakes and other devices of the motor vehicle and not to drive the motor vehicle at a speed or in a manner that may cause danger and harm to others.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in not accurately operating the steering gear and brakes on the two-wheeled automobile with a view to not operating the steering gear and steering the steering gear in the above two-wheeled vehicle (the age of 21) while he was driving the steering gear at a normal level. The Defendant received shock prevention facilities installed on the road at the above two-wheeled automobile, and caused the victim to suffer from injury, such as an unbrupted fladying, two-onelleys, and an unbrupted fladying, for the number of days of treatment.
