1. On April 1, 2014, the Defendant rejected the Defendant’s violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) on April 13:20, 2014, on the following grounds: (a) the victim C was seated at a mixed event in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; (b) the victim met the victim’s right-hand buckbucks; and (c) the said victim rejected the victim’s refusal to do so.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the said victim, i.e., sexual intercourse or single defect; (b) the said victim’s losses, and (c) said victim’s kisck only once kisck; (b) said victim’s kisck. In doing so, the said victim’s bucks were forced to do so.

2. Forgery of private signature;

A. On April 1, 2014, around 14:40, the Defendant forged the signature of the above name D without authority for the purpose of exercising the authority, stating the name “D” in the certificate of emergency arrest as an examination color pen, at the office of the Young-gu Police Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government (186-280), and as the emergency arrest was suspected of indecent act by force.

B. On April 1, 2014, around 16:27, the Defendant forged the signature of the above D without authority for the purpose of exercising the investigation process certificate attached to the above protocol by stating the “D” to the “a person who has made the statement” under the suspect interrogation at the office of the Sexual Team in charge of sexual violence at Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, under the jurisdiction of the head of the police station, and under the jurisdiction of the head of the police station E-11.
