1. Defendant E,F, andG shall be KRW 52,380,000 for each of the plaintiffs, KRW 100,000 for the plaintiffB, and KRW 165,000 for the plaintiffC.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The party status 1) Defendant E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant E”)
) The owner shall be the owner of the building on the land outside K and seven lots (hereinafter referred to as the “instant commercial building”).
(2) Defendant F is the representative director of Defendant E, and Defendant G is the husband of Defendant F.
3) Defendant H as the representative director of M Co., Ltd., and entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiffs on behalf of M Co., Ltd., and each of the above commercial buildings. 4) Defendant I is an employee of Linnuri Co., Ltd. who entered into a sales agency agreement with Defendant E on the commercial building of this case.
5) Defendant J is a licensed real estate agent, and Defendant J is the mutual aid business entity of Defendant J. The Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association. (B) On December 3, 2013, Plaintiff A entered into a sales contract for commercial buildings with Defendant E and Defendant E to sell KRW 301-19 of the third floor of the commercial building of this case (hereinafter “instant first floor price”) to KRW 87,292,000 in sales price (hereinafter “instant first sale contract”).

A paid KRW 52,380,000 as the sale price to Defendant E on December 3, 2013.
2) On January 18, 2014, Plaintiff B and Defendant E, the third floor of the instant commercial building, which is owned by Defendant E and Defendant E (hereinafter “instant second floor”).
2) The sales contract for the second sale contract of this case (hereinafter “the second sale contract of this case”) provides that the sales price of this case shall be KRW 126,872,000.
A) Around that time, Plaintiff B paid KRW 100,00,000 as the sales price to Defendant E. (3) On April 2, 2014, Plaintiff C entered into a sales contract with Defendant E and Defendant E to sell KRW 170,000,000 for the third floor of the instant commercial building (hereinafter “third floor price”).

C The sale price for Defendant E shall be KRW 18,00,000,000 on April 2, 2014, and KRW 67,00,000 on April 29, 2014, and KRW 67,00,00 on May 28, 2014.
