Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 700,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
D The head of the branch office of the Ulsan Regional Joint Labor Union E University (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Democratic Labor Union”) , F, Defendant A, G, H, I, J, K, M, M, N,O, P, Q, R, T, T, U, V, and W are all members of the E-type cleaning labor union with E University and the E-type cleaning labor union. The members of the E-type cleaning labor union are those who worked in E University Zcers.
AA is a member of the labor union in the Ulsan District Joint Labor Group, and Defendant B is a member of the non-profit organization located in Seoul.
E Large cleaning labor union decided on March 27, 2014 to May 28, 2014 that X corporation and Y corporation (hereinafter referred to as "X corporation") demanded ① Si level 7,910 won guarantee, ② above 400% increase, ③ increase in continuous service allowance, ③ farc negotiation was conducted, but the company rejected the demand, and the company decided on May 29, 2014.
1. Obstruction of business;
A. The Defendants A, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, M,O, P, Q, QA, Q, S, T, U,V, and W (hereinafter “ Defendants”) attempted to interfere with the duties of the aforementioned school employees by holding an assembly under the following conditions: (a) the negotiation with cleaning service companies would not take place; and (b) the first floor of the building of the headquarters of the E University, which is the prime office of the E University, was located in the first place on June 2014, in order to implement the requirements against the E University, which is the prime office of the E University.
Defendants and the members of the cleaning labor union around 09:00 on June 16, 2014: (a) around 09:00 to around 17:00, the 1st floor of the main building E in Ulsan AB located in Ulsan AB; (b) the Defendants and the members of the cleaning labor union removed relief, such as plastic water disease, and “persons who withdraw a livelihood wage dispute,” and (c) the members of the strike (i.e., e., “explosion”; and (d) caused noise, thereby obstructing the operation of the school by the non-regular employees of the victim E University by force.
Defendants and the members of the cleaning labor union as mentioned above are included in this, and up to October 17, 2014.
