1. Of each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 list, Defendant B and C with respect to each of the 6/48 shares, Defendant D, E, F, G, H.

The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion is as follows: (a) around August 15, 1993, the Plaintiff purchased the said real estate from Defendant C who occupied and cultivated the 219 square meters prior to 219 square meters of Telecommunication in Nam-nam, Namnam-gun, and continuously occupied the said real estate in 1,314,000 won (i.e., KRW 6,000 per square x 219 square x

On May 18, 2012, the said real estate was converted into a unit of 724 square meters from around 219 to 724 square meters, and was subdivided into each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) on May 18, 2012.

Therefore, the Defendants, who are the inheritors of the deceased U (Death, July 2, 1986) who are the owners of each real estate of this case, are obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership based on the completion of the statute of limitations for possession on August 15, 2013, according to each inheritance shares calculated in accordance with the separate inheritance shares calculation table among each real estate of this case among the real estate of this case.

2. The judgment of the defendant C recognizes all the plaintiff's arguments, and all the plaintiff's arguments can be acknowledged with the defendant D by taking into account the descriptions of Gap's evidence Nos. 1 and 6 (including the serial number) and the whole purport of the arguments.

Furthermore, the remaining Defendants except Defendant C and D did not submit a written reply disputing the Plaintiff’s assertion, but did not appear on the date of pleading even after receiving a lawful notice.

3. Accordingly, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
