Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for dismissal or addition of some contents as follows. Thus, this case is cited in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 29 [Attachment 2] of the Enforcement Rule of the First Instance 1 and 2 of the First Instance 3 is “Article 29 [Attachment 2] of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act 29 [Attachment 2] 2(c) 1 of the same Act.” The fifth and sixth acts of the First Instance 6 are “Attachment 4] 6 [Attachment 4] 6].” The fifth and fourth acts of “necessary number” are “necessary number (which can be determined by the head of the facility in relation to the placement of the pertinent employee)”. In full view of the circumstances under the fifth and fifth acts of the First Instance 5, the first instance court’s “public notice of this case” is “Article 29 [Attachment 2] 29 [Attachment 2] 2(c) of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act” and “this case’s public notice” is “Article 7 subparag. 2(1) of the same Act’s public notice” and the Plaintiff’s public notice of this case’s beyond the scope of the first instance court’s hearing and second acts No. 21 through 7 subparag. 16(38).
Therefore, this part of the Plaintiff’s assertion also cannot be accepted. The purpose of this part is to improve the quality of life of the people by providing matters concerning long-term care benefits, such as physical activities and support for household activities, which are provided to the elderly who are difficult to carry out alone due to the reasons such as old age or the elderly disease, with the aim of promoting health promotion and stabilization of livelihood and lowering the burden on their families.
