Criminal facts

From February 1, 2017 to August 16, 2018, the Defendant worked as a employee of C in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was engaged in the distribution channel business, such as requesting the payment agent of the said merchandise coupon to D and settling the price thereof, in order to exercise the right to mobile merchandise with the allowances for the sales of the company's goods to the employees selling the sales agent of the department store.

During that period, the Defendant received mobile product certificates in order to provide for debt repayment and living expenses, etc. and received them in cash.

1.
