Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the public interest service personnel who serve in the Dong Office B of Korea National Park Service.

Although a public duty personnel member is not allowed to leave his service for a total period of at least eight days without justifiable grounds, the defendant left his service for nine days in total, including around November 21, 201; around November 22, 201; around March 9, 2012; around March 12, 2012; around March 14, 2012; around March 15, 2012; around March 15, 2012; around April 14; around July 5, 2012; and around July 25, 2012.
