Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

around 20:00 on August 20, 2012, the Defendant, at around 20:116, 1116 of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B, was drinking together with the victim C(54 years of age) who was aware of it.

The Defendant, on the ground that the victim was not a punishment even when he was her age, was cut off and boomed by breathing the victim’s breath and booming the breath, thereby damaging the victim beyond the floor.

As a result, the defendant suffered an injury to the victim, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment.
