Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to extend a building with a total floor area of 85 square meters or less shall report to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, around June 2017, the Defendant extended approximately 53 square meters inside the above building to a double-story without reporting to the competent authority in the “C” located on the first floor B in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
