Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer any access medium.

Nevertheless, around May 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a post office passbook (C) at the “office-based branch” located in the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dong-dong; and (b) transferred three passbooks, such as the post office passbook, the national bank passbook (D); and (c) the bank passbook (E); and (d) the OTP card, etc. by sending the above boxes.
