A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 12:40 on May 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while driving a vehicle onto the apartment complex of the victim D(55 tax) who was in charge of delivery services, and driving a vehicle onto the inside of the apartment complex of this case, the Defendant was in dispute with the victim; (b) he was in charge of a horse dispute with the victim on the ground that he was in charge of driving a vehicle onto the inside of the apartment complex of this case; and (c) he was in charge of a pent, which is a dangerous thing cited by the Defendant in order to repair the bicycle at that time, once pentfavok the face of the victim; and (d) he was in charge of the victim’s face.
Defendant carried dangerous objects as above and caused damage to the victim’s satises that need to be treated for about two weeks.
