Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2017, the Defendant committed an obscene act, such as displaying the image, on the street in front of C in U.S. Dongdong-gu, U.S. on May 21, 2017, in a state of being exposed to the sexual flag. On the left hand, the Defendant: (a) stringing light of the liquid screen of his cellular phone in his possession on his sexual strings; and (b) displaying the image to D (W, 56 years of age) who was on the street while carrying on the said street, by means of skeing the light of the liquid screen of his mobile phone; and (c) showing it.
