Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2013, at around 23:40, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with approximately 50 meters alcohol concentration 0.231% under the influence of alcohol at a section of approximately 50 meters in front of the road in the same Dong as a mutually in a machine cafeteria located in Asan City Hot Spring Port.
