Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2013, at around 16:45, the Defendant discovered a black vinyl paper containing a brode of the victim Chon in the alley market located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 620-17, without taking necessary measures, such as returning to the victim or reporting to the police station, and embezzled a lost possession.
