A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. 룸살롱 관련 투자 사기 피고인은 2012. 7. 중순경 인천 B 이하 불상지에 있는 ‘C’ 주점에서 피해자 D에게 “내가 일산에 있는 큰 룸살롱에 투자를 하고 있는데, 6,000만원을 투자해서 매월 투자금의 10% 정도인 600 ~ 800만원의 수익을 올리고 있다. 현재 살고 있는 인천 E 아파트도 룸살롱 투자 수익금으로 샀다. 당신이 룸살롱에 투자를 하면 매월 투자금의 10%를 수익금으로 지급해주겠다. 만약 잘못되면 내가 살고 있는 E 아파트를 팔아서라도 원금은 보전해주겠으니, 걱정말고 투자하라.”고 거짓말하였다.

2. Summary;
