1. Performance of official duties;

A. B. On May 2, 2016, at around 09:02, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (a), the Defendant: (a) told young people who undergo a draft physical at the same place as indicated in paragraph (a) that “I am well sold” the above registered security guard C, who intends to see and see the defect “I am bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and (b) took a bath, and assaulted the chest of the registered security guard twice.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the security service of the police assigned for special guard.

2. On April 29, 2016, at around 18:10, the Defendant interfered with general traffic, the Defendant interfered with the passage of approximately seven minutes, by installing two signs prohibiting parking and stopping on the ground that the Defendant, while drinking on the road in front of the “E pharmacy” located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, by allowing a vehicle to pass along the entrance of the motor vehicle, at a conspicuous place, and installing two containers using obstacles, thereby blocking the traffic of vehicles and pedestrians with a width of 4 meters.

3. The Defendant, on April 29, 2016, changed the way for the Defendant to turn on by the Victim F (F, female, 33 years of age) who passed the place at the same place as the written in paragraph 2 at around 18:15.
