Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brenren car.

On January 7, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car on January 17, 2017:35, and turned down the shooting distance in front of the youth station at the pressure level at the time of Gyeongsan-si, Yong-nam University from the Jinnam University to the Jindo.

Since there is an intersection with a signal apparatus installed, the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving the vehicle at a safe speed and method by showing the movement of the vehicle through the intersection in line with the signal apparatus's instructions by checking the signal well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to use it as it was due to the negligent negligence in violation of the signal, and received the front part of the victim C(SL125) driving, who was under the direct control of the voltage-side office from the trichemical room to the tension-side office, and was in front of the right part of the said car.

As a result, the defendant suffered approximately three weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence.
