1. Basic facts

A. The party-related Plaintiff is a person engaged in the manufacturing business of a new marries in Thailand (the windows inserted in the sand position punishment between the inner and outer windows to make the new marbing floor cover) with the trade name of “stock company C,” and the Defendant is a person engaged in the manufacturing and selling business of electric marls, machinery, and machinery with the trade name of “D(E).”
