1. Basic facts

A. 1) Co., Ltd. E (hereinafter “E”)

2) The project to build the F canal wells (hereinafter referred to as “instant project”).

As an executor on September 15, 2014, the contract for the construction of the said canal wells with the Defendant on September 15, 2014 (hereinafter “instant contract”).

(2) On October 15, 2014, the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 650,697,00 for the first intermediate payment of KRW 433,798,000 until November 15, 2014, the second intermediate payment of KRW 433,798,00 until December 15, 2014; and the remainder payment of KRW 650,697,00 until April 30, 2015, while purchasing building materials, such as structural materials, necessary for the instant construction from the Plaintiffs.

In relation to the instant business, E, Defendant, D (hereinafter referred to as “D”), and G Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as “loan financial institution”) entered into a business agreement and a fund management agency contract with respect to the instant business, around 2014, as follows.
