1. The plaintiff's primary claim and the conjunctive claim are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. On November 22, 1993, the ownership transfer registration was made in the Plaintiff’s name on the ground of the donation on the ground of the Plaintiff’s father C (the death on March 25, 201), who owned the Plaintiff’s father C (the Plaintiff’s father C) on the ground of a voluntary auction on December 30, 201, and the ownership transfer registration was made in the Plaintiff’s name on the ground of inheritance by agreement on May 12, 201, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in the Plaintiff’s name on the ground of the inheritance on May 12, 2011.

2. The assertion and judgment
A. The Plaintiff asserted that D land was KRW 149 square meters at the time when C acquired through sale and purchase on April 19, 1983.
