Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2007, the defendant was issued a summary order of 1.5 million won by the Changwon District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On September 27, 2020, at around 21:10, the Defendant driven a Flux car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.129% in the section of approximately 2 km from the road near C in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, to the front road located in E in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si.
