The defendant shall be exempted from punishment.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for violating the Automobile Management Act at the Seo-gu District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on August 22, 2014 and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 22, 2014.

On October 31, 2013, at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office for Parking Management of Buildings, the Defendant arranged for the transfer of stolen goods six times in total, including arranging the transfer of stolen goods by allowing H to purchase at KRW 27 million with knowledge of the fact that the said vehicle is a stolen goods, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
