1. The Defendant’s KRW 5,94,718 as well as 5% per annum from January 3, 2018 to March 12, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that engages in the secondhand export business, the automobile trade business, or the automobile trade brokerage business, and the Defendant is a person who engages in automobile trade business, etc. under the trade name D.

B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant, on March 8, 2016, did not state the date of preparation in the Automobile Storage and Management Contract (Evidence A No. 1), but stated in the briefs submitted by the Defendant as of October 29, 2018 that the date of the contract is March 8, 2016.

A. The Defendant prepared a “automobile Management Contract” (Evidence A) with the content that the Defendant is responsible for the management of the automobile to the Plaintiff, and the part of the said contract is as follows:

(1) In the following, “A” means the Plaintiff; “B” means the Defendant; “B” means the contract; “instant contract” and “instant contract”. Article 1 of the contract provides that “A” shall maintain equipment and personnel necessary to operate used cars export business in order for B to facilitate the use of used cars export business. 2) “B” shall integrate the management, storage, and transportation business related to used cars exported by B to B independently.

Article 3. Management and storage location: The management and storage location of the F Logistics Center located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (1) : G and H block 2): 500 square meters in total and the net equity of the 500 square meters in total and the net equity shall not be different due to the shared area (road and drainage route) and the management and storage period of the export vehicle of B during the management and storage period of Article 4 shall be from April 1, 2016 to May 31, 2016, and shall be automatically extended every one year unless there is any separate declaration of intention by two months before the expiration date of the contract.

Article 5. Management, Storage Deposit and Monthly Storage Deposit 1) Management, Storage Deposit: The deposit for the management and storage of the vehicle in transit for export shall be two million won and shall be paid at the time of conclusion of the contract. 2) Storage Expenses: The monthly storage expenses of the vehicle in transit for export shall be three million won and shall be paid on the 10th day of each month.
