The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, we affirm the lower court’s finding the Defendant guilty of attempted murder among the facts charged in the instant case and rejecting the Defendant’s assertion on mental and physical disability.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there are no errors in recognizing facts in violation of logical and empirical rules, or in misapprehending the legal principles on intentional murder, or in failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
