The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted each of the facts charged of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of such crime, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by exceeding the bounds of the principle of "false facts" under Article 250 (2) of the Public Official Election Act or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
