A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 11, 2015, when the Defendant was investigated by the Daejeon Provincial Police Agency on the suspicion of indecent act by force between himself and the victim C (the aged 40, female) on the nine-year-old marriage, and the victim was aware of the fact that he had made a statement of witness in the Daejeon Regional Police Agency, the Defendant considered that the victim led to the provision of the investigation force of the said indecent act by force and stated the fact. On February 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim’s house at around 21:53, and reported that the victim committed an indecent act by doing so; (b) reported that “I would like to open the victim’s house at hand, and that I would like to listen to the victim’s statement that “I would like to make a false statement by making I attend the E slope test as a witness.” (c)

2. On February 12, 2015, the Defendant causing property damage: (a) around 23:00 on February 12, 2015, around the house of the said victim located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) on the aid of the police officer, who reported the victim’s 112 and called out, sent the victim to the female shelter; (c) the victim was sent out to the female shelter; (d) on the knick part of the entrance, the victim was boomed with cleaning brooms inside the entrance; and (d) 45,000 won of the cost of repair was removed
