Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates C in Ma, and the victim D(59) is a person who was awarded a successful bid for corporeal movables on October 24, 2013, such as a shower in the above C.

On November 7, 2013, at around 09:00 to September 11, 200, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s work of dismantling shower facilities by means of the victim’s threat of force by creating a embankment with soil, 70 centimeters in height, 50 centimeters in width, 3 meters in length, and preventing the passage of other vehicles, on the ground that the Defendant cannot recognize the victim’s ownership due to the victim’s successful bid of corporeal movables within the above C, at around November 7, 2013.
