A. On September 6, 2007, the A Remodeling Promotion Committee (i.e., since the Plaintiff’s association comprehensively succeeds the rights and duties of the promotion committee since the rights and duties of the Plaintiff association were comprehensively taken place) established to carry out the A remodeling Project (hereinafter “the instant project”) in Ansan-si, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for consulting with the Defendant on September 6, 2007, and of which part relating to the instant case is as follows:

(hereinafter referred to as “instant service contract”) Article 3 (Scope of Services) (1) of the Terms and Conditions of the instant service contract (hereinafter referred to as “instant service contract”) support the following business consultation and administrative affairs related to the instant project, and the preparation and processing of related documents shall be governed by the Housing Act and relevant regulations:

1. Selection of a contractor;

(a) bidding for a construction project;

(b)review participation proposals;

(c)the terms and conditions of the contract;

(d) Conducting a general meeting to select a contractor;

2. Affairs of the inaugural general meeting:

(a)prepare a draft public notice of the convening of Congress;

(b)to prepare a notice of convening Congress;

(c)to prepare a list of members present at Congress meetings;

(d) Preparation for the total progress;

3. Authorization to establish an association;

(a) Preparation of an application for authorization of establishment;

(b)to prepare a project plan;

(c)to prepare a list of members;

(d)conform the written consent;

(e)Preparation and review of the Joint Regulations;

(f)Consultation on rental;

(g)the operation of Congress;

(h) Article 4 (Method of Providing Documents Management, etc. and Payment) (1) The service cost shall be determined by multiplying the total floor area of a lot by 8,000 won per square meter, which is newly established at the time of permission for acts, and the settlement period shall be the time of the balance payment under paragraph (2).
