Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On October 31, 2014, the Defendant sentenced the Jeju District Court to four months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeju Prison on January 24, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

Around 14:50 on September 24, 2015, the Defendant changed the ice to the victim before the victim D (ma, 51 years of age) operated by the Sinsan-si C, but, on the ground that the victim was to purchase ice, the Defendant changed the ice to the victim.
