1. The defendant shall pay 350,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from February 28, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 208(3)2, Article 150(3), and Article 150(1) of the same Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 2010, Mar. 9, 2020) provides a formal written objection stating only the content that “a creditor shall file an objection against the payment order” after being served with the certified copy of the payment order. Since a creditor did not submit a specific written answer in the proceedings for pleadings and did not appear on the date for pleading, it is deemed that all the plaintiff’s allegations were led to the confession of all the facts alleged by him pursuant to Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
