Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the driver of a vehicle XG after the franchise.

On November 14, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act at around 12:10, the Defendant destroyed the damaged driving vehicle of KRW 700,000 of the repair cost by neglecting the duty of care on the method of change of course, such as prior pre-announcement prior to the change of course and the duty of care to take care of the traffic situation of the changed lane, on the part of the victim C (n, 50 years old) (n, 50 years old) who stops on the right side of the signal-stop driving D car in the changed lane, and caused the damage to the damaged driving vehicle of KRW 70,000.
