A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

An application for compensation by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On January 29, 1984, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on April 1, 1986; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Southern District Court on December 14, 1990; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act at the Seoul Central District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on November 16, 1995; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act at the Seoul Central District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on August 17, 199; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act at the Seoul Central District Court on September 30, 2003; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act at the Seoul Central District Court on June 16, 2016, respectively.

[2] Around 23:00 on February 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the victim’s Samsung Gallephone (market value of KRW 500,00) while under the influence of alcohol by the victim E in front of the electric jun basin in Seoul subway Line 2, Seoul subway Line 2; and (b) took off the victim’s gallephone (market value of KRW 500,00) while junating the floor; and (c) around 23:40 on the same day, the Defendant took a theft of the victim’s gallephone (market value of KRW 600,00), and entered the victim’s gallephone (market value of KRW 500,00) from 20,000,000 to 20,000,000 on the same day, as above, around 21, 2015.
