1. Attached Form 2, among the KRW 255,753,700 deposited by the Defendant as the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-gu, 2014 Geumcheon-gu, 1061, Dec. 10, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiffs are the successors of the deceased U.S., and the defendant is the implementer of the project to create the Kumsan Industrial Complex (hereinafter “instant project”).
B. U died on July 15, 1988, and jointly inherited the lost U’s property by V, W, X, Plaintiff A, B, C, D, and E, their children.
C. V died on March 15, 2012, and its heir died on Plaintiff F,Y, G, H, H, I, J, K, K, and L. W died on December 21, 1990, and Plaintiff O, P, and Q were its heir, and X died on May 12, 2004, and Plaintiff R, S, and T as its heir.
Y On the other hand, Y died on July 31, 1995 before V died, and Plaintiff M and N as Y’s heir.
Therefore, if the plaintiffs' shares of inheritance in the net U's property are calculated, it is the entry in the column of the final shares of inheritance in the attached Form 1.
E. On March 2, 1964, 1964, the 13rd group9 square meters of AA forest land in the city of the Gu (hereinafter “instant real estate”). The registration of ownership preservation of the instant real estate was completed in the name of AB under the name of AC on March 12, 1964. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on February 19, 1964.
F. After that, the instant real estate was incorporated into the instant project executed by the Defendant, and the Defendant filed an application for adjudication pursuant to the Act on Acquisition of and Compensation for Land, etc. for Public Works Projects (hereinafter “Public Works Act”) with respect to the instant real estate, for which the Defendant could not know the Defendant’s survival and death. The Central Land Expropriation Committee rendered a ruling to expropriate the instant real estate in KRW 255,753,700 on October 23, 2014.
