Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the director of the C Medical Care Center, and the victim D was employed by the Defendant as a clerical administrative staff at the above Medical Care Center operated by the Defendant, while serving as a clerical administrative staff, and retired from the duties of care protection, management of recipients, etc.
