A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 6, 2017, the Defendant came to know of the victim C (29 tax) using a crypted crypt in a Buddhist area, which was located in Incheon Jung-gu, and sent the victim to the crypt next to the E hotel located in Jung-gu, Incheon.

Defendant 1 becomes aware of the victim’s being a man, not a woman, at the above date, at the above place, and at the same time, the victim came to know of her being a man.

The term “the victim’s chests are frighten and 50,000 won in cash from the victim’s frighten and 50,000 won in cash from the victim’s frighten, taking the victim’s cell phone number by cutting the victim’s cell phone number, and claiming money from the victim’s frighter.”

From around that time to December 10, 2017, the Defendant threatened the victim in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, and received a total of 6,50,000 won from the victims of food, on four occasions, from around that time to around December 10, 201.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by threatening the victim.

2. A similar rape: (a) on December 3, 2017, the Defendant: (b) laid the victim on a passenger car owned by the Defendant and demanded the victim to rapidly enter the Defendant’s sexual organ; (c) the victim refused the Defendant’s demand; and (d) the victim sent the victim several times due to drinking; and (e) the victim was forced to immediately enter the Defendant’s sexual organ.

As a result, the Defendant committed an act of inserting sexual organ into the victim's mouth by assault.

3. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Act on Special Cases Concerning the Indecent Acts and the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”), the Defendant, on December 10, 2017, at G G G nearby the Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, 2017, refers to the Defendant’s act of self-defense against the victim after leaving the victim on the Defendant’s car, and the victim refused it, thereby making the victim’s refusal and making the victim aware of the four times of the damage caused by drinking.

“The victim shall be the victim.”
